As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with extensive experience across mental health, substance abuse services, HIV prevention and education, case management, care navigation, social services, and skilled nursing facility operations, I have witnessed firsthand how quality outcomes depend not only on clinical care, but on strong leadership, well-trained staff, and systems that meet regulatory standards with integrity.

This work is driven by a deep commitment to protecting vulnerable populations, supporting frontline caregivers, and helping organizations deliver safe, dignified, and person-centered care. Through hands-on consulting, policy development, staff training, survey readiness, and corrective action planning, I partner with healthcare providers to navigate complex regulations, respond effectively to deficiencies, and build sustainable compliance frameworks that empower teams rather than overwhelm them.
